AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE SOCIETY FOR BIOCONTROL ADVANCEMENT

To bring together scientists interested in biocontrol of pests, diseases, vectors and weeds.
To serve as a forum for exchange of views and experiences relating to biocontrol research and development.
To promote communication among persons interested in biocontrol by publishing a journal
To sponsor seminars/conferences periodically to enable useful interaction among workers engaged in research, development, extension and industry so as to help in advancement of biocontrol
To interact with international organisations for organising joint initiatives for the promotion of biological control.
